World of Warcraft Question?

how do i get blackfallow ink. im a lvl 40 paladin and i just started inscription and im at lvl 1. im trying to buy the ivory ink so that i can start lvling up. i cant make it because i cant find where to buy herbs to make pigmints to make the ink. can someone help me so i can start being a scribe.
