Can someone plz give me a rs account?

ok well i got scammed 700k...everyone says its not a big deal but to me i never had that much money and i was only lvl 32 and then i downloaded something to make me a member and they stole my password and changed my password!! now i dont have a rs accounts and i was just wondering if some one chould be nice enough to give me one...thanks!:)
