Pokemon EV Training Zorua/Zoroark?

I just hatched my SHINY Naughty Zorua and want to train it to lvl 100 (evolve at 30). but first i have to EV train it. What are good EV's to give him and where? Also if i use an EXP share will he still receive EV's or not? And should i evolve him before i EV train or does it not matter? please answer THANKS!!!!!
