Is there such a thing as Moon Cusps?

I know that there are sun cusps, but what about moon cusps? I have a Capricorn Moon, Venus, Neptune and Uranus. They are all in my ninth house (ruled by Capricorn), except for my Capricorn Moon which is in my eighth house (which is ruled by Sagittarius). Is it possible that I have a Sagittarius-Capricorn moon cusp?
