Maplestory Free level 50 Hero?

As of now on maplestory I am a lvl 43 warrior. I heard if you get a lvl 70+ character by the time chaos comes out you can become a lvl 50 dual blade, Aran, or Evan at the start. Is it possible if I go to the recommended training areas and no life it, could I have at least a lvl 70 character buy July 29th? I don't work or anything also so I could play it like 6 or so hours a day IF I HAD TO!
