Got hacked on runescape...?

please can someone who knows abt the game give me gd advice on how to make money. i lost all my money and armour which was worth all like 8 m. no idea how to get it back. im a f2p lvl 81. generally good overall except runecrafting which is 42. please help, i want to make millions.
