How do I return this boa in wow?

Ok so a while ago I bought a few pieces of boa and I want to return them to get plate boas for a war. I sent the boas to a toon and it said they could be returned (new lvl one toon) so I went to org to return them and the blue thing where it says it can be returned just dissapeared? what to I do?
