What is a stellium and what is its effect?

I have 4 planets (Saturn, Mercury, Jupiter and Pluto) plus the sun all in my 10th house (which Libra is on the cusp, and Sag is rising). Was wondering if any experts out there knows what this might mean since I can't find anything to reference this to, thanks.
