I need help making my Pokemon team the best!!?

I have a lvl 68 Charizard, lvl 52 Gengar, lvl 21 Snorlax, lvl 59 Tyranitar, lvl 58 Walrein and a lvl 35 Dragonair. I am looking to get rid of Snorlax for a different pokemon but who?
