How do I fallow my email that has been sent to flyff?

I recently sent in an email to Flyff about resetting or recovering my bank pin (because i forgot my bank pin) and it gave me a weird code that said it was my ticket and i could fallow along with my email's progression. I have done this once before and they never got back with me (it was over a different topic though) but i was wondering, where do i put my ticket to fallow my emails progress. or if anyone knows how to reset or change my bank pin please tell me. i know everything about my account and i dont think that this stupid bank pin should get im my way of my lvl 60 mage. thank you
