Advice for a MMORPG / MMO game !?

Looking for a online game that you can do all you want...no restriction on skill/crafting, i wana do all kind of things whit only 1 caracter, not to make 4-5 caracters to cover all the aspect of the game, and if possible skill progresion like Oblivion/Morrowind(skill it lvl up when you utilise it, more you utilise that skill, better you are in that). Also i wana have the choice of pvp/pve (flag myself for pvp or specific chanel/server).Anyone have a ideea about a game that alow you to do that...? No matter if it's f2p or p2p.
